Kris Satkunas
Director of Strategic Consulting

As a Director of Strategic Consulting at LexisNexis, Kris leads the team’s efforts to advise corporate legal department managers on improving operations with data-driven decisions. Kris has over 15 years of consulting experience in the legal industry. Areas of expertise include benchmarking, practice area metrics and scorecards, dashboard design, matter pricing and staffing, and cost management.
Prior to joining the CounselLink team, Kris honed her legal industry knowledge by advising and consulting with leaders in large law firms. As Director of the Redwood Analytics Think Tank, she partnered with a group of industry thought leaders to develop advances in analytics and best practices that improve law firm performance. She has authored numerous articles and speaks regularly at legal industry conferences and events.

Elena Cutri
Director of Education Services

Elena is a lifelong learner at heart and an educator by trade. As Director of Education Services for LexisNexis, she partners with clients around the world to guide their software adoption strategy.
Elena has spoken at industry events on change management, end user adoption, and professional development. She leads a team of professional trainers who create effective and engaging learning for today’s modern learner.
Elena is an adjunct professor at a Chicago college, teaching public speaking and group communication skills. She volunteers as chair of a 3,000-parent network for a Special Education Resource Group in her community. She leads a Girl Scout troop and teaches work-readiness classes for adults with special needs. She learns the most, though, from her husband and three children. Elena holds her MA in Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University and an MBA in Marketing Management from Loyola University.

Stephanie Beck
Professional Services Manager

Stephanie joined LexisNexis in December of 2008 as a Reporting Specialist. She was awarded Employee of the Year in 2009 and the CounselLink Customer Focus award for 2010. In 2011, she was promoted to Business Consultant and has managed a myriad of technical projects including client integrations, complex reports, feature re-implementations and large-scale data conversions. Stephanie currently manages the CounselLink Technical Consultant group and leverages her existing experience to drive cross-functional collaborations to successful technology solutions for the Professional Services team.

Kelley Howell
Professional Services Manager

Kelley joined LexisNexis in 2005, starting out on the account management team. She has held various roles within the organization and as a result developed a deep customer experience background and was awarded Consultant of the year in 2016. Currently, she leads the CounselLink Business Consultant team in the Professional Services Organization to drive successful implementations for our new customers and special projects for our existing customers. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Kelley spent time in the advertising and marketing fields, including working for a non-profit golf organization for kids.

Kim Humphries
Attorney Onboarding Manager

Kim joined LexisNexis in February 1997 and over the years has held various roles within the organization, including Attorney Implementation Specialist, Credentialing Specialist, and Consultant. Today, she manages our Attorney Implementation team of Specialists on the Professional Services team. Kim is our subject matter expert in the law firm on-boarding area, working with both Private and Registry law firms. In 2021, the Paper Processing teams located in the U.S. and international locations transferred under her management. Kim has received numerous awards and accolades from her customers and internal staff that include Employee of the Month, “One Team One Dream” award, and certificates for executing and delivering on critical projects,” just to name a few. Kim’s prior career was with the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department as a 911 phone/radio dispatcher and trainer.

Dave Stalsbroten
Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at LexisNexis, Dave oversees all aspects of Advanced and Premier implementations for CounselLink. He is well versed in a variety of project methodologies including Agile (CSM) and Waterfall (PMP), and has six years of experience leading complex SaaS projects. In 2018 he was awarded PMO employee of the year. Prior to joining the software industry, Dave worked with a public health NGO in Nicaragua and several community development organizations in Seattle.

Madhavi Adivi
Senior Client Engagement Manager

Madhavi Adivi has 20+ years of experience working with industry-leading implementation, customer solutions, and software development teams across multiple industry verticals. In the last 10 years with LexisNexis, Madhavi has shared her subject matter expertise and managed CounselLink implementation projects for a diverse group of large and small legal departments. In her current role, Madhavi supports clients with complex processes, business consulting, and scoping projects. She has a strong academic background with a master’s in physics and a master’s in computer science. She is also PMP-certified and a Six Sigma Green Belt. Prior to LexisNexis, she worked with Oracle, Inc. in Silicon Valley.

Tim Haines
Senior Technical Consultant

Tim joined LexisNexis in 2002, starting with the CounselLink Development team as a Senior Systems Analyst. He worked with the development team for five years delivering upgrades to CounselLink with alternative fee and detail hourly billing solutions. Today, he’s a Senior Technical Consultant on the Professional Services team. He has a deep customer experience background in all CounselLink integrations and CounselLink features. Prior to joining LexisNexis in 2002, Tim worked as a Senior Systems Analyst at Lockheed Martin working on a variety of web-based B2B applications.

Suresh Mathrakott
Senior Technical Consultant

Suresh joined LexisNexis in 2005, working specifically with CounselLink customers. He has implemented more than 100 companies, delivering innovative management solutions. He combines his education in management and engineering with two decades of experience in finance, accounting, and enterprise systems to assist customers in developing custom, analytics-based solutions to critical business challenges. Before LexisNexis, Suresh was a performance engineer for Cygent Inc.—a Telecom Italia software venture. He worked with several consulting companies in various process engineering capacities.

Venu has over 10 years of experience in the industry with a specialized focus in data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics. Venu has a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering and a master’s degree in computer science.

Angela Smith came to LexisNexis in 2015 as a Consultant and, without hesitation, moved to a full-time Business Consultant on the Professional Services team. Having built a strong foundation as an Onboarding Consultant, she is now honing her technical skills as a Technical Consultant for our CounselLink clients. Since joining, she has become a key contributor, and her organizational skills and positive spirit are unmatched. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Angela built a diverse background working with large healthcare and energy-provider companies in the technical and consulting space.

Daniel Brichacek

Daniel (Dan) joined LexisNexis in 2005 as a developer of custom billing databases, dashboards, reports, and other technical tools. Today, Dan leverages his background as a Technical Business Consultant on the Professional Services team. He provides data analysis and specialized reporting services to CounselLink customers. He also works on technical integrations for new and existing customers.

Sukrut Cherian joined LexisNexis as a consultant in 2007. Having worked on several products under the LexisNexis umbrella, Sukrut has been with the CounselLink consulting team since 2017. Sukrut provides CounselLink customers with technical services involving data conversions and integrations. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Sukrut worked for the New Jersey Office of Information Technology and was on the marketing team for the MTVU division for Viacom Global Entertainment Group.

Neal Buchanan

Neal has been in the software field for over 25 years. For the last 11 years he has worked at LexisNexis. His first 6 years with the InterAction Professional Services team facilitating law firms with their customer relationship management initiatives. For the last five years, he has been with the CounselLink Professional Services team rolling out enterprise legal management software for corporate legal divisions both domestically and internationally. His ability to bridge people, processes, and technologies at all levels of an organization has made him a trusted advisor to many clients.

Kim Jamison

Kim joined LexisNexis in 2013 as a Business Consultant. She loves a challenge and is extremely customer-focused. She was voted Employee of the Year in 2017 and continues to demonstrate her enthusiasm for CounselLink and client success daily. Kim previously worked at Intel for 15 years as a silicon planner and project manager; however, her early career began as a fluent interpreter for the deaf in American Sign Language, which she continues to do on a volunteer basis.

She came with an extensive background across a diverse range of corporate experiences including the financial printing industry, medical, investment banking, and corporate law. She has worked at various levels in these areas and has utilized these careers to build her expertise in managing multiple projects and expectations. Her background includes dealing with large national and international companies, as well as developing and managing various process improvements and technical integrations for these companies. Miki ‘s experience also includes six years as a CounselLink administrator on the corporate side.

Corina joined LexisNexis in 2007 as a Strategic Account Manager focusing on Advanced and Premier Clients, providing assistance and direction with legal department strategies and efficiency efforts. Corina has been recognized as a crucial member of the team, most recently winning the Circle of Excellence award in 2018. With her deep account management experience, she brings a unique perspective in her role as a Business Consultant. She is a huge proponent of implementing strong legal operations structures in truly transforming legal departments. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Corina worked with the real estate and mortgage industry in avoiding fraud, minimizing loan risk and establishing safe mortgage practices.

Jack joined LexisNexis in 2007, starting with our customer service team in Dayton, Ohio. He moved through the ranks over the years, landing as a Solutions Consultant in Raleigh, North Carolina for CounselLink. He is now a part of the Professional Services team as a Business Consultant. Jack is passionate about problem-solving and being an advocate for our clients, as well as being enthusiastic about technology and the user experience. He holds a master’s degree in human-computer interface from Wright State University, along with a green belt in Lean Six Sigma.

Keith Bruni

Keith started with LexisNexis in 2009 and quickly became an integral part of the CounselLink Attorney Implementation team. In his role as Attorney Implementation Specialist, he manages law firm onboarding for CounselLink’s new client implementations, as well as supporting the existing customer base. His ability to work with both clients and law firms in his own professional and stylized way has earned him a reputation as a committed and indispensable team player.

Leigh Kirkland

Leigh has a unique background having worked on the law firm and client side of CounselLink. She played an integral part of the CounselLink implementation process as a client’s Corporate Administrator. Leigh joined LexisNexis in 2015 as part of the 2L CounselLink Customer Support team providing direct support for clients. In 2018 she moved to the Attorney Implementation team as an Attorney Implementation Specialist. Leigh handles law firm onboarding for CounselLink’s new client implementations and the day-to-day tickets submitted by new and existing clients.

Francine brings 15 years of training experience in the publishing and education industries, training SaaS solutions to end users and power users.
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in professional writing and editing and a master’s degree in English.
In her spare time, Francine is adjunct faculty at a local university. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, four dogs, and her two horses.

David Hunter III

David joined LexisNexis in 2014 as a part of the Attorney Implementation team. David has widespread customer service and credentialing experience that extends over five years. He is an Attorney Implementation Specialist responsible for law firm onboarding, the activation of new and existing attorney profiles through credentialing and performs other duties such as weekly client reports, new firm registrations/client association, and special projects as needed. Prior to joining LexisNexis, David worked as a Medical Credentialing Coordinator for CSC. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from North Carolina Central University and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Falicia joined LexisNexis in 2014 as an Invoice Specialist on the Paper Processing team. In 2019, she was promoted to Lead Invoice Specialist where her role consists of QA testing, POV (Proof of Value) invoice processing, and assisting management with oversight of invoice processing. Falicia is a subject matter expert for her co-workers, both domestically and internationally. She is most passionate about troubleshooting and solving problems.
