The CounselLink onboarding team works side by side with you to make sure the project meets your goals and stays on time and on budget. We follow a structured, six-phased process and configure our solutions to make your deployment a success.

Adopting an Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) solution can help a legal department manage spend and matters better and more efficiently. But we know that the prospect of implementing a new solution across your entire legal department can seem daunting.

The LexisNexis Professional Services Team has successfully implemented the LexisNexis® CounselLink® ELM solution at more than 200 companies, and its members average more than nine years of CounselLink implementation services experience. Our team manages every CounselLink implementation and will lead you through every step of the process.

We help load your existing data, so you can get a head start on efficiency improvements and data analytics to drive cost reductions and achieve your goals. Our consultants have loaded data from dozens of data sources, including other ELM applications as well as homegrown systems. We offer multiple levels of data migration. Our Professional Services team works with you to determine the type and level of data conversion that best meets your needs.

LexisNexis offers a range of data migration services. Focusing mainly on migrating matter and invoice data from legacy systems, our services enable customers to take immediate advantage of the reporting functionality of LexisNexis® CounselLink®enterprise legal management (ELM) software. That means you gain immediate insight into your legal spend and can quickly identify where spend is going and how you are tracking to budget, as well as matter status and litigation exposure.

LexisNexis consultants have loaded data from dozens of data sources, including other ELM applications as well as homegrown systems. For over twenty years, our highly experienced services team has guided customers through the data migration process as part of the CounselLink onboarding process, resulting in thousands of matters and billions of dollars of invoices being loaded into CounselLink.
