As Director of Education Services for LexisNexis, she enjoys partnering with clients to guide their change management efforts through learning. Elena holds both a Master of Arts degree in Corporate Communications and a Master in Business Administration degree in Management. Duane Cary
Senior Trainer
+

Duane Cary is a Senior Trainer for LexisNexis. In a prior life, he worked in retail as a General Manager specializing in customer service and growing the business. After over a decade in malls and free-standing structures, he left that world behind and started with LexisNexis in 2005, bringing his customer service skills to Time Matters/Billing Matters tech support. He moved to a TM/BM training role and has added PCLaw, Juris, Juris Suite, and CounselLink to his skillset. He has an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Networking due to his love of numbers and computers. His passion is training, and he lives for the “I didn’t know it could do that!” moment when customers learn something new about their software that will make their working lives that much easier. When not working, he travels with his wife, a practicing Family Law attorney since 1995, is an avid gamer, and writes short fiction, novels, and screenplays.

“The LexisNexis implementation team was great. They listened to us and we worked together to work out any logistical issues. As a result, the new system worked extremely well from day one.”
