NEW YORK – LexisNexis Legal & Professional, a leading global provider of information and analytics, today announced the acquisition of Parley Pro, a top Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution, to complement LexisNexis’ industry-leading Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) platform, CounselLink.
