The article focuses on one of the most interesting findings in a recent litigation cost survey focused on Property & Casualty insurance companies. It’s a “balancing act” line of business where legal metrics, efficiency and law department operational maturity are incredibly important.
According to the survey, the opportunity for improvement rests in the delta between those departments that find certain cost control techniques effective and those departments that do not use them.
